Game Story

In the six years since the destruction of Raccoon City, the U.S. government has been able to exterminate the nefarious Umbrella Corporation. Now in 2004, players rejoin Leon S. Kennedy, one of the protagonists of Resident Evil 2, who is now a U.S. agent with a top- secret mission. His investigation into the abduction of the President’s daughter has led him to a mysterious location in Spain teeming with unimaginable horrors.

Gameplay

In Resident Evil 4, The player take on the role of Leon S. Kennedy, a government agent who previously appeared in Resident Evil 2. Tasked to rescue the President’s daughter, who’s been kidnapped by mysterious villains. The gameplay focuses on action and shootouts involving crowds of enemies in large open areas. The camera is focused behind Leon, and it zooms in for an over-the-shoulder view when aiming a weapon. Unlike previous games in the series, there is the addition of a laser sight that adds a new depth to the aiming, allowing the player to aim in various directions and easily change their placement at any time. Bullets affect the enemies specifically where they are shot: shots to the feet can cause enemies to stumble, while shots to the arms can cause them to drop their weapons.

Another new aspect of Resident Evil 4 is the inclusion of context-sensitive controls. Based on the situation, the player can interact with aspects of their environment: kicking down a ladder, jumping out of a window, or dodging an enemy attack. There are also quick time events, in which the player must press buttons indicated on screen to execute actions such
as dodging a falling boulder or wrestling an enemy to stay alive. These are often incorporated into the game’s many boss battles, where the player must avoid instant kill attacks.

The main enemies are violent villagers referred to as Los Ganados. Los Ganados can dodge, wield melee and progectile weapons, and are capable of working collectively and communicating with each other. They were once simple farmers until becoming the product of an infestation of Las Plagas.

The inventory system of the game features a grid system, represented by an attaché case, that has each item take up a certain number of spaces. The case can be upgraded several times, allowing for more space. Weapons, ammunition and healing items are kept in the case, while key items and treasures are kept in a separate menu. Items may be bought from and sold to a merchant that appears in various locations throughout the game. He sells first aid sprays, weapons, allows for weapons to be upgraded and buys various treasures that Leon finds. The various weapons each have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Capcom added new content made specifically for the PlayStation 2 version of the game, which was later incorporated into the PC and Wii releases. The largest addition is “Separate Ways”, a minigame which focuses on Ada Wong’s involvement in Resident Evil 4 and her connection to the series’ villain Albert Wesker. “Ada’s Report”, a five-part documentary, analyzes Ada’s relationship with Wesker and his role in the plot. Other unlockable content in all versions includes the minigames “The Mercenaries” and “Assignment Ada”, new costumes for Leon and Ashley, new weapons, and a cutscene browser.

Weapons Strategies

You’ll run across a number of weapons in Resident Evil 4. A few of these will be found in your travels, but most of them will only be found at one of the many weapon merchants you’ll run across; you’ll be forced to buy and sell weapons there to get rid of old weapons and obtain new ones. For instance, you start the game with the normal Handgun, but later on, you’ll be able to trade it in for a Punisher, Red9, or Blacktail model of pistol. Each kind of a type of weapon has its own unique strengths and weaknesses, but in general, the best weapons aren’t going to be available until later in the game.

The weapons merchant will also allow you to upgrade your wenpons to make them more powerful. There are four categories of upgrades: firepower, which increases the damage each round or shell fired does; firing speed, which allows you to pop off shots with less downtime between each of them; reload speed, which will let you switch out clips more rapidly; and capacity, which determines how many bullets a weapon can fire before having to reload. Firepower is going to be your first priority for most weapons, followed by capacity (fitting more rounds in a weapon will help you conserve inventory space, and will allow you to reload less often), firing speed, and reloading speed.

In addition to these upgrades, most weapons have an Exclusive upgrade that’s only available when you’ve completedly upgraded the weapon to its maximum power. If you want to buy a new weapon, but are reluctant to do so because you’ve already upgraded your old one a bit, you should’t worry too much about it; the merchant will give you back 50% of the cash value of a weapon when you sell it back to him, including the original purchase price of the weapon, all of the upgrades you’ve bought for it, and any ammo in the weapon. Thus, you won’t take a complete wash when selling back a weapon you’ve upgraded a bit.

To prove this, we made many game videos on my our YouTube.

JXD S7800B can emulate NEO-GEO emulator games. Metal Slug 1 is tested via NEO-GEO in Happy Chick (download link: http://www.xiaoji001.com/download/xiaoji_jxd.apk) on the device.

Metal Slug is a run and gun video game developed by Nazca Corporation and published by SNK.

It was originally released in 1996 for the Neo Geo MVS arcade platform. This game has been ported to the NeoGeo CD, Sega Saturn, PlayStation, Virtual Console, Playstation Network, iOS, Android and Neo Geo X, and to the Wii, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2.

Gameplay is very basic; the players must shoot constantly at a continual stream of enemies in order to reach the end of each level. At this point, the player confronts a boss, who is usually considerably larger and tougher than regular enemies. On the way through each level, the player can find numerous weapon upgrades and "Metal Slug" tanks. The tank is known as the SV-001 ("SV" stands for Super Vehicle), which not only increases the player's offense, but considerably adds to their defense.

In addition to shooting, the player can also perform melee attacks by using a knife. The player does not die simply by coming into contact with enemies, and correspondingly, many of the enemy troops also have melee attacks. Much of the game's scenery is also destructible, and occasionally, this reveals extra items or power-ups, although most of the time it simply results in collateral damage.

During the course of a level, the player also encounters POWs, who, if freed, offer the player bonuses in the form of random items or weapons. At the end of each level, the player receives a scoring bonus based on the number of freed POWs. If the player dies before the end of the level, the tally of freed POWs reverts to zero.

There are a total of six levels, in locations such as forests, garrisoned cities, snowy mountain valleys, canyons, and military bases. The vast majority of enemies are soldiers equipped with weaponry befitting their specific role. There are also several mechanized enemies, such as tanks, mobile artillery, aircraft, armored personnel carriers and technicals. Much of the game's humor comes from how the enemies are depicted; the player often encounters them as they are sunbathing, roasting food over a fire, or simply conversing amongst themselves. They also tend to scream loudly if they see the player, and often try to run away.

Metal Slug Walkthrough

If you want a game console, but prefer an Android tablet, JXD S5110b is your choice. Come presintalados various emulators of classic consoles like PlayStation, Nintendo 64, SNES, NeoGeo Mame or for hours of fun with the machine are endless.

The body of the JXD S5110B is constructed entirely of plastic and its design is quite simple. Catch it with both hands to the overall feel is very solid.

Naturally found in the front of the console controls to the left is the D-PAD that reminds you of a PSP and fortunately one piece. Otherwise it is very convenient to use given its size. To the right is the classic 4-button, comfortable, prefectly even respond by pressing any keypad.

At the bottom we have 2 analog sticks, which like the rest of the controls are again very comfortable and respond quickly. Good touch and control due to the rough surface available.

The 2 triggers are the most slack of all controls s5110b, have some slack and have a little touch hard to get to the press to not be double also difficult to control in some games PSx and N64. Overall when gaming tests we left quite satisfied with the controls that equips this notebook, especially considering the price of the device.

This model features a 5.0 inches LCD panel with five touch points, why do we need more, right? It has a very efficient tactile response and there is no problem in their interaction in Android, games, and emulators. On the other hand, has a 16:10 aspect, but something panoramic become 16:9 or 21:9 of the latest Philips TVs. You do not have the auto brightness, something we missed, but with a 50% gloss looks pretty good. Its 800x480 pixels help for a decent definition on a screen of this size.

At the time we had no data video review amperage battery. It is now that we are faced a battery of 3000 mAh . Something we stay low, when in a matter of 2 hours runs out in continuous use playing sack. The lithium battery can not be removed at any time. We can charge through the wall charger with 5V DC connection.

On the back we find a camera 0.3Mp. JXD developers thought that since any mobile or tablet already have camera, this device should implement able one it whatever their quality. However, to put a lens that creates images at 0.3 megapiels would have been better still. For photos day and outdoors and with a burning sun, the pictures are decent, I do not say anything indoors or low light, it is best not to prove. Nor has led flash.

Connecting device

Connection

The JXD S5110b starts fairly quickly and the first thing we found a fairly average desktop.

In the area are many emulators preinstalled applications and some specific version of the console.

In the bottom bar are the Home button, Back, Application switch, key mapping application and icon hiding the bottom bar. To show it again we have to press the power button and choose the option to display the toolbar.

WiFi&Ethernet

Quickly connect the console to the Modem Router TP-LINK TD-W88970 updated to the latest firmware version. The router, as always, is about 5 meters away with a main wall in between. The reception of the wireless signal is excellent in the first instance without disconnections, both the browser as the Play Store Apps downloaded the most usual trouble.

The signal reception is good despite having internal antenna and managed to maintain a constant speed of around 1.2 MB/sec. With Streaming content playback not detect wifi chipset attributable to rare cuts.

We connect one USB ethernet adapter to the console with the OTG cable without problems. The system can not detect it properly and enjoy the rapidly via network connection. The connection is stable and the transmission comes to 1.2 Mb/s without problems.

Game Emulation

One of the strengths of this console. The console moves without problem the best known Emulators, we just had a little problem with some timely play N64 or PSX. The console has plenty of power to move all kinds of emulators. The gameplay is very good and the writer of these lines to lost many hours playing great classics like 1941, Super Mario 64...

Conclusions

For those who have monkey play old titles, consoles and almost forgotten by all and so return to the past where game graphics were not important, this model is your console. For those who want a tablet or PDA (since we can't call it), where we can take advantage of everything Google offters with its Android 4.1.1 system, this is your machine. And for those who want to brag about having a PS Vita that runs Android games and emulators natively, this is also your next purchase.

Review: JXD S7800b Tablet Gamepad

That portable systems have received increasing attention from producers, this is
indisputable and every day new and better games come for a friendly price on these platforms, and often even free.

Perhaps one of the most important mobile platforms today is Google's Android system, which increasingly dominates smartphones and tablets of different brands and prices. However, a common complaint in the players of these platforms is undoubtedly the lack of physical controls these aspiring consoles.

One solution to this "evil" are laptops produced by veteran Chinese JXD which is already on the market for years, the latest model of the brand JXD S7800b, besides the necessary physical controls, a fancy setting, able to cause envy in many smartphones considered top of the line current, which ensures quality innovative gaming experience for those who are accustomed to portable systems.

Breath to spare

Basically, the laptop is a kind of tablet running android with physical controls and design quite inspired by Sony PS Vita.

It's got a nice big 7.0 inches IPS display delivers remarkable clarity and good color saturation for both games, as for movies or even surf the Internet.

The controls are complete and well distributed counting with four action buttons on the right side of the laptop, two analog, a digital directional, select, start and four shoulder buttons are L1, L2, R1 and R2.

But not many buttons would make a different if it was not possible to adapt the commands on the screen gaming for physical controls. Fortunately, that's when comes in a native app laptop to be powered through a dedicated button just below the home button, reproduces the physical buttons on the laptop screen, and allows the player to move them by touching them and putting -OS about the commands shown on screen.

Thus, one or directional button assumes the function of the virtual control over which was placed by the player, resulting in a compatibility almost guaranteed to 100% of games.

The system runs pure android 4.2 OS and has a quad core 1.4 ghz, 2GB of RAM and GPU Mali 400 the powerful configuration combined with the right decision JXD make the tablet a machine for games and heavy applications. Even more demanding releases like God-Ex or even the classic Modern Combat 4, Asphalt 8 and Real Racing 3 wheel with all graphical effects turned on and no choking.

Additionally, the tablet can be considered a console table, since it has HDMI output allowing, when using a bluetooth joystick you can play on your TV and with high quality picture and sound.

Regarding the finish, contrary to what many might think because it is a Chinese product, it is important to note that the tablet is realy well done, and seemed pretty sturdy, especially in analog, which at first glance may seem too fragile.

JXD S7800B Quad Core Game Console Review

Today we bring the analysis of JXD S7800B with a special value for gamers.

In a large box we find the console and a large number of accessories, including a charger, a micro-USB cable, OTG cable, manual start and the console are included.

Regarding the game console, at first we thought was a fairly large and heavy equipment, although the option of including buttons on the tablet itself to play is a factor that makes you forget this.

Technical Specifications

. 3188 Quad Core Processor 1.6 GHz RockChip
. GPU Mali 400
. 2 GB of RAM
. 7 inch IPS display with 1280 x 800 pixels
. Game Control (8 + two joysticks + buttons Buttons L / R)
. 2 megapixel rear camera and 0.3 megapixel front camera
. 8 GB of internal storage expandable via microSD
. Double front speaker
. Battery 5000 mAh
. Dimensions 245 x 125.5 x 16.5 mm and weighing 500 grams
. Android 4.2.2 operating system

Design

The design is something I'm not very happy, because although it is very confortable when using this equipment regarding aesthetics is simple and sloppy.
The S7800B is made of plastic and although general aspects may seem big and thick above the ordinary, we must bear in mind that we are talking about a tablet gamer, making need more space for buttons and other things although it is likely that we all agree on that could have worked a little more on slightly decrease the thickness of the team.

On the front we find the 7 inch screen surrounded by a black frame, which in our spare criterion, buttons and joysticks that make it special to the tablet, a dual speaker console that gives awesome sound quality and a camera.

On the side we see the volume buttons and off, buttons to gamer more functions, the memory card slot, an miniHDMI port, a microUSB port, power input and the input of helmets.

On the back we find the main camera. The sides of the back are slightly swollen to the center of it, and this is to make the computer more comfortable when using it, and partly succeeds.

Screen

With its generous 7-inch screen that does the job. The truth is we can not fault the quality of the graphics showing, giving a pleasant experience when playing.
If it is true, that if we put something exquisite, can see how the screen significantly loses quality and we see this from other angles than the front, but the truth in order to this tablet is none other than the play, so this should not worry.

Yield

Being a console gamer, this is one of the most important points to be taken into account, since having a wonderful control performance but not enough to move any game would not be at all useful.

The console performance both fluency as the graphics is excellent. We tried for hours games like Modern Combat 4, Need for Speed or Grand Theft AutoVice City, and as we have seen all the games work perfectly without any lag.

In terms of performance the console will not leave us in no time wasted, at least with the games we know so far.

Gamer Functions

The gamer controls are wonderful on one hand, but a headache for another and I will tell you why.

Some juices and come standard with new controls adapted, ie, you will download the game and doing nothing controls operate in series. In contrast the games that do not come adapted to this function, which are the majority, we must "map it" manually, ie via a function Tablet have to tell that part of the screen to emulate the touch each button.

Looks like an expensive job, but once set up you can take the items are spectacular.

Camera

Both the main camera and the front have a very limited quality, leaving quite a few pictures with reduced quality. It is logical that a tablet does not have a good quality camera, so we will not delve much giving way to a few sample images taken with the camera of the tablet.

Battery

The battery has a common return. It's a 5000 mAh battery, and although we could probably get better performance in our tests we have been able to use the console 3 ½ hours followed by intensive mode. They are quite striking consumption, but not too out of the ordinary.

Operating system

The game console uses Jelly Bean Android 4.2.2, a version of Android and something old, but makes it stable enough to play console.

JXD features to market products like JXD S7800B and today this is the best product in the world and gamepads Android too. The processor  RockChip 3188 and GPU Mali-400 is the best you can find for tablets also with 2GB of ram, your possibilities are endless, you can do whatever you want, play games, listen to music, watch movies, everything works perfect and consumption is very balanced, I've noticed that the 5000 mAh battery performs very well, which is essential in order to have guaranteed hours of entertainment in a portable manner.
